Yesterday I published another single of Yoga / Meditation music “No One But You”. This morning I finished this composition and now available for download.
“True Master” is representation of how we all are master of something. But it requires body, soul and mind to become a True Master. Especially self-mastery. Not easy but it can be attained.

Be grateful that you are a human
Be grateful that you own whatever you own (even everything is temporary)
Be grateful that you have a family
Be grateful that you have a job
Be grateful that you have a child or children
Be grateful that you have a power to change yourself anytime you want
Be grateful that you have someone who loves you
Be grateful that you are conscious
Be grateful that you are able to see
Be grateful that you are able to talk
Be grateful that you are to sing
be grateful that you are in school
Be grateful that you are a mother
Be grateful that you are a father
Be grateful that you are to help others
Be grateful that you are aware that you make mistakes
Be grateful for the abundant of food supply
Be grateful for being who you are
Be grateful that you believe in God or not
Simply smile and whatever happen in your world, be grateful..

Not like intense vibe meditation music I made, this music is more uplifting and “happy feel”. It’s perfect for background music for yoga practice, mediTation or relaxing.
A Downtempo composition I made and published today I call it “No One But You” . I believe “No one can change your world but yourself. Change your mind set then you will change your life.”
This yoga music is not on iTunes. but if you buy this music, your money will go straight to me – not the retailer – to fund my next music project. Don’t forget to share your thought or if you have any constructive suggestion, please do comment below I would like to know, thank you

In the middle of the recording track per track I had a massive shock of “Kundalini”. I won’t tell you any details, everyone has a different experience in this regard. Trust me, just by hearing, it helps me “grounded” fast.
Redemption is ambient music. This is my favorite meditation background music.
If you would like to have a copy please download and the money will be used to fund the next music project. Thank you.
Bossa nova is always one of my favorite style of music. I grew up listening to Michael Frank, so his music stays in me. Funny when I finished this song it sounds like Michael Frank’s “Antonio’s Song”.

In the past, I have my songs were being covered and sold commercially. I had been aware of how my rights in ownership as songwriter. Those music artists are friends, and I guess just being ‘nice’ or ‘awkwardness’ in dealing with contract with a friend, verbally I said “Okay” as a permission to use. There’s no written details of usage. Let alone talking about royalty.
Some part in me saying ‘it’s not fair’ but if I look from a different view. Without getting any royalty whatsoever, I get an exposure as the songwriter. Problem is they are not actively in promoting the credits as far as I know. But that’s okay, I am savy enough to DIY marketing or promotion.
This exposure or portfolio is – in a way- helping me as a credible songwriter that my songs are being used. This indicates my craft is legible and good enough. I can consider myself an established amateur songwriter. I have done the steps, and for sure plenty more step to the top.
Based on information by TuneCore . Here are royalty and income in (two categories) types that I missed out by giving away my songs
Physical/Analog Songwriter Royalties and Revenue
Description:
A royalty generated from the “Reproduction” copyright. This royalty is owed to the songwriter for each and every unit sold and/or manufactured for physical product – i.e.: LP, CD, cassette, USB stick, etc.
Digital Songwriter Royalties Royalty and Revenue
Description:
A royalty generated from the “Reproduction” and “Distribution” copyrights. This royalty is owed to the songwriter for each and every unit downloaded.
I have more songs now. As I am seriously want to do this for career beside creative service so I have applied to be a member of Australasian Performing Right Association Limited (APRA) and Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society Limited (AMCOS) to take care of my rights.
I haven’t got the contract yet (somebody in their office said, that I will receive it tomorrow on my maibox).
They service will take care of my rights and royalty of my songs or composition being used world wide. This is just first right step to deal with the legality. So now I can keep being creative, write more song and compose more melody.
If you have already through this path please do share your experience with me or you’re on the same boat as me, I encourage you to get a legal service like APRA/AMCOS (Australia) or same service in your country.

Yesterday, I wrote a new song called : I Don’t Know.
This is a ballad pop “sound like” mellow tune of ColdPlay-ish.
I have been doing the mix down since yesterday. Now it’s done I am quite happy with the mixing and mastering – okay it’s not loud like the “top dog” mastered product. But for limited resource and tools, my ears are happy with the finish product. This is a demo song and is available for sale (usage licence) for singers.
This song is an expression when someone who is stoked, speechless or simply frozen by the unfortunate event has just occurred such as broken up, the love one has passed, or else. This person simply is confused, disbelieved to what happen.
I deliberately composed the song which contain only string, bass, acoustic guitar, and without any drum or percussive sound for an easy listening mood. The music dramatises the story. Obviously, it works for some listeners.
I shared the music to my friends and here are what they say.

Song lyric
I don’t know
If you must ask me
about how I feel
after the rainbow disappear
I admit too easy
to say I’m sorry
when the blues is here for real
Chorus:
I don’t know the answer
I don’t know the answer
I don’t know the answer
I don’t know the answer
………………………
…….. (I’ve got the rest of the lyric) (c)2013
