So what?

Okay, negative-unhappy head. You feel miserable 😭 because of ;

  • You don’t get what you wish
  • You feel embarrassed 
  • You are being unfairly treated
  • You are scared to losing person you love, possession, dignity
  • You are being bullied
  • You feel like shit
  • You don’t want to get hurt emotionally and physically 
  • You are being cheated
  • You feel useless
  • You are scared for no reason
  • You feel alone and unloved 
  • You feel guilty 
  • You hurt

You can’t change anything but the way your think and mindset. All of those points are natural human emotion. So be it. 

Angry, sad, happy, content.. simply natural. Feel free to smash things or just shut down in the corner of the room. 

Accept them as is and find the cause of it. Observe any emotion you are feeling. Deal with it no matter how bitter it tastes. 

It’s okay to be vulnerable. Because that what makes you a human. 

Next time, you feel bitter about yourself, simply say ” SO FUCKING WHAT?”
