How To Deal With Fear

I am scarred of height
I am scarred of being alone
I am scarred of not having enough
I am scarred of being rejected
I am scarred of being bullied
I am scarred of getting hurt
I am scarred of being ugly looking
I am scarred of trying new thing
I am scarred of being rip off
I am scarred of getting fired
I am scarred of losing my job
I am scarred of getting lost
I am scarred of reaching out first
I am scarred of getting fat
I am scarred of being exposed
I am scarred of being used
I am scarred of being robbed
I am scarred of him
I am scarred of her
I am scarred of them
I am scarred of God
I am scarred of Evil
I am scarred of being attacked
I am scarred of dying
I am scarred of that creature
I am scarred of not going to Heaven when I die
I am scarred of being alone when I am old
I am scarred of losing
I am scarred of not getting the job
I am scarred of my father
I am scarred of my mother
I am scarred of my brother
I am scarred of my sister
I am scarred of uncle
I am scarred of auntie
I am scarred of grand father or grand mother
I am scarred of unable to pass the test
I am scarred of not being able to make it
I am scarred of being late
I am scarred of being perceived as dishonest
I am scarred of losing family
I am scarred of losing friend/s
I am scarred of what people say about me
I am scarred of being mistaken
I am scarred of being homeless
I am scarred of losing my body part
I am scarred of losing my mind
I am scarred of my life
I am scarred of drawing
I am scarred of not being loved
I am scarred of drawing
I am scarred of ….

Simply act on whatever you fear of..

Until we pull the trigger , we never know what the the situation unfold. Act, we will see the re-action. It is not the result. but the action counts.

That’s the only trick, That’s the only technique. That’s the only way you will feel energized and feeling good about yourself again.  Pretend to be brave, your mind does not know. Our mind is only able to hold one feeling at the time.  When you feel good, it is impossible you feel the fear at the same time.

When you are willing to act, create a plan and act on it.
