How to create a twitter banner

I want to show step by step you how to create custom twitter banner using Photoshop. See on the right panel. I use it myself.
1. Create a sketch (drawing)
Find any photograph of bird and copy or trace it. Once you’re done, scan and export it to Photoshop.
2. Trace it
Choose Pen Tool (see above) to create shape or path of the body, beak, eye, wings, and both legs.
Decrease the filled colour to less than 100% – so you can see the illustration behind your path.
3. Let’s colour it
Use Gradient Overlay to add gradient colour for the shapes.
It looks like this.
Do the wings.
Then the legs (not perfect legs but.. we don’t need to draw it in details here)
Then, the beak. ( so it can twit )
The big eye, finally.
Let’s see it first ( Zoom out (Press CTRL + -) Not bad huh?
Let’s continue.
4. Add background
I used dark choco brown colour as the back ground and added another shape with gradient overlayed colour.
5. Add Text
Now we can add ‘wording’- in this illustration – you can use any font
That’s it, we’re done. So I want to know what you think..
